To be a reminder to the people of Israel,
The reminder was hammered out from the bronze censers, which those who were burned had offered (Numbers 16:39).
Whoever draws near to the altar shall remember this.
So that no outsider, who is not of the descendants of Aaron, should draw near to burn incense before the LORD,
Anyone who is not a priest shall not draw near before the LORD.
