Numbers 18:21 Tithe (I)

“To the Levites (KJV: the children of Levi) I have given every tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service that they do, their service in the tent of meeting,”
Tithe H4643: a tenth; tithing. From H6240: ten; teens; eleven; twelve.
“One might even say that Levi himself, who receives tithes, paid tithes through Abraham.”
“But woe to you Pharisees! For you tithe mint and rue and every herb, and neglect justice and the love of God. These you ought to have done, without neglecting the others.”
“And Jesus said to them, ‘Whose likeness and inscription is this?’ They said, ‘Caesar’s.’ Then he said to them, ‘Therefore render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.’”

Who are the children of Levi?
“If then David calls him Lord, how is he his son?”
